Aminata is a driven and multifaceted individual who embodies the pursuit of both personal and professional growth. She graduated from Kean University with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in Community Health. However, Aminata's journey doesn't end with her undergraduate studies. Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Human Resources Management, she is expanding her skill set and knowledge base to excel in the dynamic field of HR. At Scientech, Aminata oversees various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. She works closely with department heads and senior management to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Aminata is a passionate advocate for self-care. She understands the importance of nurturing her physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
